The apartment was perfect for us as a family. There was everything that we needed
and lots of little extras: dvds, stair gates and a highchair for our young daughter.
A fantastic location too. We loved the pool and the short drive to the beach. We
would fully recommend a stay and would love to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful townhouse yet again, just wish we could afford to go more often, (dam that euro). It is a very comfortable and well furnished townhouse.
The location is perfect for us and is within easy access of all the main facilities i.e. airport, golf, motorway, coast, cities, shops, markets and go-carting for our son.
Your web-site is excellent and it is a good idea having the calender so that people can check whats available without pestering you before they have checked what flights are available to them.
We could not find fault even if we tried.

We had a fantastic holiday, mainly due to your very comfortable townhouse and its location, everything we needed was provided, we couldn't have asked for more. The welcome pack was really appreciated as we didn't arrive till late and needed a cuppa. The fantastic location enabled us to travel to Murcia City, Cartagena etc all within a 20/30 minute drive.
We have been numerous times to this area but this was our most comfortable stay, normally after 1 week's holiday we are all looking forward to coming home to some home comforts but we could all have easily stayed on indefinitely as it was like a home from home and the weather was fabulous.
We played Roda Golf course several times as it was in perfect condition and very well maintained like all the facilities on site, after playing some others we kept coming back to Roda as the others were no comparison. La Sienna and Mosatrejium were a mess and we felt were a complete waste of money which just proves that the maintenance on Roda is second to none. Every day the roads were swept and the pools were tested and gardeners were around maintaining this stunning complex.
Thank you once again and we wish you future success with your rentals but we are 100% sure that you will have no problems or complaints as your place cannot be faulted as we are very fussy customers and would recommend it with no hesitation.

Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely Town House. Everything was provided that you could possibly need on holiday. Lovely poolside views, beautifully manicured gardens. DVD's provided, welcome pack. All in all, we had a lovely stay. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Murcia. Close to all amenities, golf and beach.

Fabulous town house situated on a fantastic development. Closer to the resort and beaches than a lot of other developments. Really enjoyed our month long stay and being situated right next to the pool was superb.Great communication from Paul and the on site manger Shawn was also very helpful. One of the best air conditioning systems we have ever experienced and the English TV was good especially as we were staying for so long. Overall the development is very clean and tidy and the pool is spotless. The development was also very quiet with no noise in the evening.

The beach club opened whilst we were over, we had a trip over for the day and it was really impressive. 10/06/08 Positive A big thank you to Paul and family for letting us stay in their townhouse. We had the most fantastic week we all just felt so comfy and relaxed. The golf course was challenging and only a few Min's walk from the townhouse, the club house was newly opened and we spent most nights in there. The house was beautifully furnished. The towels and linen were fresh, the welcome pack was very handy. The key holder Shaun was very polite and helpful nothing would have been too much trouble which is reassuring to know. All in all an excellent holiday was had by myself and my family and hopefully we will be going back.

Hi Paul, Enjoyed our short holiday. Your townhouse was perfect, although we spent little time in the house as we had family and friends staying in other properties. I believe that we might have been your first renters, it is evident that you have put a lot of thought and care into your property. Plenty of wardrobe space, with many hangers which is important, good quality towels and bedding. The house was clean and we treated it if it was our own, hopefully the type of renter you will attract will do the same. We will certainly recommend you to any friends that might visit, or contact you again should we return. Nicely located by the pool with sun for most of the day, which is very important. Good tables and garden chairs

Hi Paul,
We arrived safely home just after 11.00 p.m. last night having spent a fabulous week at your townhouse. The weather was glorious all week which of course is always an added bonus. The townhouse was perfectly situated and very comfortable. The view of the pool was extremely relaxing and we felt very much at home the whole time there. It is very tastefully furnished and comfortable. No complaints about the town house at all. Would recommend it to others.

A well equipped townhouse with all of the utensils required for a holiday. The furniture was of high quality as was the bedding and towels. We found the welcome team (key holders) very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Paul, thanks for the opportunity of using your townhouse. Location is
fantastic within walking distance of the club house and a challenging
golf course. Having the swimming pool directly outside the property also
makes for a relaxing break. When the DeVere hotel is built the standard will be raised still further. The key holders were friendly and knowledgeable about the area and importantly accessible should any issues arise. Look forward to returning next year.

We were really impressed with the townhouse, very clean and welcoming. The weather was fantastic which was an added bonus. The beach was lovely and only 2 minutes away. There are some great restaurants in the town, nice food and again very welcoming. The Bayside restaurant was a favourite of ours. With the resort only being 5 mins away from Murcia airport it's an ideal place to relax in the sun. We hired a car which was a great benefit as Murcia itself is a good 40 mins away from the resort. I would advise others to hire a car as you can get around more and see the other side of the Mar Menor.
We enjoyed our relaxing holiday and will recommend it to friends and family.

What a wonderfull fully fitted town house, we only went for a short relaxing break (5 days) and we could not have wished for better. It is exactly as described and not very far from the main shopping and restaurants which have a lovely atmoshere with people eating outside at night. I would recommend this to anyone, pool is 6 metres from patio area. Thanks Paul from Mike and Chris Bishop. |
