May we introduce you to Casa Delujo at the De-Vere Roda Golf & Beach Resort, Costa Calida, Spain Casa Delujo is a luxurious, fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse overlooking one of the lovely swimming pools at Roda Golf & Beach Resort and is perfectly ideal for relaxing or as a base for your golfing holiday.  The gated community at Roda Golf is home to a fabulous 18- hole golf par 72 golf course exclusively designed by Dave Thomas, one of the most prestigious European golf designers.  The course is run by De-Vere and has recently been accredited as the PGA European base.  Because of golf resort’s location near to the shores of the Mar Menor at Los Alcazares and motorway, it is also within easy reach of numerous other challenging courses.  Please visit www.rodagolfcourse.com for all the information you will need about Roda Golf Course but we can assure you that you will find all the usual facilities associated with high level golf present including a pro shop, buggy hire, club hire and more.

However, it is also a townhouse  that also suits the non-golfer – it is safe and secure, because Roda Golf is gated with security staff.  It is also a very convenient base for participating in all that the Costa Calida has to offer – whether it be sports such as sailing, windsurfing, water skiing and horse riding or enjoying a gentle sail on the Mediterranean Sea or perhaps a stroll along the wonderful promenade located on the fringes of the Mar Menor or even shopping at the local markets. There are various good quality restaurants in town or further afield at La Manga, Los Belones and San Pedro as well as superb dining on site in the Roda Club House Restaurant.  Its convenient location to nearby transport links including motorway and rail ensure that day trips to the medieval city of Murcia or Roman and Carthagian Cartagena as well as fabulous historic Granada all perfectly possible. It is also only 3 hours or so from Madrid if you wanted an extra special day trip during your visit.  Getting there is also easy – Murcia (San Javier Airport) is 10 minutes from the resort and Alicante only a 40 minute drive along the motorway both served by numerous quality and low cost airlines.

Casa Delujo is furnished and equipped to a very high standard, including central heating for those cooler winter days as well as hot and cold air conditioning to keep you comfortable during the hotter periods.  Casa Delujo will host 4 people comfortable (6 at a push with it’s sofa bed in the front lounge) in its one double and one twin bedroom.  The master bedroom has two balconies overlooking the swimming pool and golf course, both have access to a luxurious bathroom.  All bedding and linens and towels are provided.  Each bedroom has large double wardrobes with plenty of hanging and storage space as well as shutters to either let in or block out the sunshine (during your afternoon Siesta).  There is a sercurity box provided for storage of valuables.

A 32” LCD TV and DVD are provided as well as comfortable sitting room seating and outside dining on the terrace overlooking the pool.  There is also a selection of DVD’s and CD’s for your enjoyment whilst you are staying at Casa Delujo.   The kitchen is superbly equipped with a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, toaster and juicer.

The terrace, which is just steps away from the beautifully laid out swimming pool, is equipped with a dining table and 4 chairs plus 2 sun loungers.  However, if you need more beach and swimming, then Roda Golf & Beach Resort has its very own private Beach Club.  Transfers are arranged locally by Roda Golf staff and more information can be found about the beach club at Casa Delujo.

 Please note that although the apartment is wheelchair friendly it is not necessarily equipped for the disabled guest.  Finally, Casa Delujo is a strictly no smoking townhouse.
